On the 22nd of October 2024, the launch ceremony of the Global Chinese Lawyers Cooperation Network, hosted by the Shenzhen Qianhai Belt and Road Legal Service Association, was held ceremoniously in Shenzhen. Jiafabang Legal Service Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Jiafabang") has assigned Ms. Li Xin, the Assistant to the General Manager of Jiafabang (Nantong) Legal Consulting Co., Ltd., to represent the company and participate in this grand event.
The conference is guided by the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and hosted by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Justice, Shenzhen Overseas Chinese Federation, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, and other units. Leaders such as Li Yanmei, Deputy Director-General of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice, Liang Yingyan, Director of the Office for Legal Affairs of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government, and Zhang Jianmin, Deputy Director of the Ninth Bureau of the Central United Front Work Department, delivered speeches at the conference.
Wang Shourui, member of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Bao'an District Party Committee, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Qianhai Cooperation Zone, highlightedthe importance of establishing and improving the construction of foreign-related legal services, perfecting the foreign-related legal and regulatory system, and exploring the convergence of cross-border legal rules across different legal systems, which are currently particularly key priorities. Qianhai is riding on the reform wave of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, vigorously promoting the construction of social rule of law, cultivating the legal service ecosystem, and accelerating the creation of a demonstration group for the construction of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
At this conference, the launch and online ceremony of the "Global Legal Service Access" was also held simultaneously. Jiafabang will fully leverage the Global Chinese Lawyers Cooperation Network to share cross-regional "legal + business" resources with other legal and business partners, achieving complementary advantages and maximizing mutually beneficial outcomes. Through collaborative efforts, we will jointly enhance the quality and efficiency of cross-border legal services, offering clients with more comprehensive and professional legal services.
During the conference, Jiafabang also engaged in close communication with multiple Chinese-speaking law firms, jointly exploring the business model of Jiafabang's "legal + business" globalization cooperation. At the same time, discussions were held on relevant measures for the establishment of Jiafabang's overseas branches, and a consensus on cooperation was reached. This also marks a significant step forward for Jiafabang, as it paves the way for the company to fully leverage the channel advantages of the Global Chinese Lawyers Cooperation Network. This will enable Jiafabang to serve clients more effectively, jointly promote the development of cross-border legal services with other business partners and provide clients with more convenient and efficient integrated services.
